The single-family house is located in the center of Plovdiv city, at the western foot at the Bunardzhik hill. The building borders to a blind wall to the north and is in a sloped plot from the street to the internal regulation line (about 3.0m). This defines the basic functional organization.
At the street level (-2.95) there is a garage, technical rooms and a small hobby corner. At level 2 (± 0.00) is the actual living space (living room, dining room, kitchen), which is completely isolated from street activity with a solid wall. To the east and south, it is pushed inside from the main volume, forming a covered corner porch which touches a small swimming pool and a garden. On the 3rd floor, there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a master bedroom with an open-plan bathroom. This room has a two-sided orientation. It captures the first rays of the morning sun and closes the day with an unobstructed view at the sunset over the city.
